Decision dossiers and inquiry records are retained for the lifetime of your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the Firm through the Client Inquiries channel.

4. COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE

The Service uses local browser storage to recognize guest disclaimer acceptance and language preferences. No tracking cookies are deployed for advertising purposes.

5. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS

Subscription billing is processed by our payment provider under their own compliance standards. We do not store full card details on our servers.

6. SECURITY

We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.
