TERMS OF SERVICE & COMPUTATIONAL RISK DISCLOSURE
SECTION 1: NATURE OF SERVICES.
The Bias & Associates platform utilizes advanced algorithmic architectures, probabilistic forecasting models, and automated heuristic processing engines to provide autonomous decision-support frameworks. All generated dossiers, matrices, and quantitative evaluations represent speculative computational simulations based strictly on user-supplied parameters.
SECTION 2: NO FIDUCIARY OR COMPLIANCE WARRANTY.
Under no circumstances shall the analytical outputs of this platform be construed as certified financial, legal, medical, corporate governance, or regulatory compliance advice. No fiduciary, partnership, or formal advisory relationship is established or implied by your utilization of this software.
SECTION 3: COMPUTATIONAL VARIANCE.
The user explicitly acknowledges that automated large language models operate on probabilistic parameters and may exhibit statistical variance, including factually anomalous or logically unverified conclusions (algorithmic hallucinations). Metrics displayed, including blame and risk allocation vectors, are mathematical models optimized for exploratory baseline evaluation only.
SECTION 4: ABSOLUTE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
By proceeding, the User assumes 100% of the operational, financial, and strategic risks associated with any subsequent commercial, legal, or personal deployment of these computational frameworks. The User agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bias & Associates, its developers, executives, and affiliates against any and all direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental liabilities, operational losses, or regulatory penalties. Execution of platform outputs is conducted entirely at the User's autonomous discretion.
SECTION 5: STRICT DATA DISCRETION AND INFORMATION MONASTICISM.
Bias & Associates acknowledges the high-stakes nature of user inputs. All submitted parameters, contextual variables, and proprietary dilemmas are processed via transient computational pathways to generate the requested deliverables. We strictly disclaim any external monetization of user data; your information is never sold, licensed, or transferred to third-party data brokers, nor is it utilized to train external foundational AI models.
SECTION 6: TRANSACTIONAL ARCHITECTURE AND NON-REFUNDABILITY.
Financial clearing and subscription management are executed autonomously via secure, third-party cryptographic infrastructure (Stripe). Bias & Associates retains zero raw credit card or financial data on its proprietary servers. Due to the immediate expenditure of computational resources and the instantaneous delivery of digital assets, all transactions are finalized upon execution. The platform operates under a strict, non-negotiable zero-refund policy for all generated dossiers and active retainer subscriptions.
SECTION 7: JURISDICTIONAL CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS.
Utilization of the Bias & Associates infrastructure is strictly limited to entities and individuals possessing the legal capacity to form binding contractual agreements. By engaging the platform, the User certifies they have attained the age of legal majority within their governing jurisdiction (minimum 18 years of age) and possess full authorization to execute the requisite financial transactions.
SECTION 8: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND AGGREGATED ANONYMIZATION.
While the User retains foundational rights to their submitted queries, Bias & Associates reserves the irrevocable right to aggregate, rigorously anonymize, and synthesize the structural patterns of user dilemmas and generated directives. Such sanitized, non-personally identifiable computational outputs may be leveraged for internal analytics, public case studies, and corporate marketing initiatives without further compensation or notification to the User.
Clicking accept, initiating a query, or rendering payment constitutes a legally binding agreement to these terms.
